In addition to this in-house form, Fuge Camps requires a digital waiver be completed. This form can be accessed via a link that will be shown on the completion onf this form as well as emailed to you in your confirmation email. You will need to use the code listed there and complete this form PROMPTLY.

The $75 non-refundable deposit below is REQUIRED to secure your student's spot. Another non-refundable payment of $75 is due April 23rd. The total cost of camp is $350 per person. The total balance of camp must be payed by June 4th.
