I understand and agree that my child's participation in athletic and other activities of the program necessarily involves the risk of injury and even death from various causes. On behalf of my child I assume these risks. In consideration of the privilege of my child?s participation in the Program and on behalf of my child and me as the parent/guardian I hereby release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify and covenant not to sue the church and all of the church?s directors, officers, elders, trustees, deacons, employees, volunteers, insurers, agents and representatives and all other persons associated with the program as to any and all claims of my child, me and other family members for personal injuries suffered by my child, property damage, medical expenses and economic loss arising directly or indirectly out of my child?s participation in the program. Cheerleaders Only

Returning Cheerleaders (Cheered with BG Sports in 2025/2026 Season):
If your child still has and can wear/use their cheer shirt, skirt, poms, and bow from last season, you only need to pay the registration fee, award fee, and concession fee.

You will need to bring any previously purchased uniform and/or uniform items to evaluations so the director can confirm the fit and make sure your child has the correct items.

If your child is missing an item or has outgrown any part of their uniform, please select and pay for the item(s) they need to replace.

New Cheerleaders:
If your child has never cheered with BG Sports, please select the full cheer package, which includes all required uniform items and fees.
